Eat as many fresh, raw and organic foods as possible. They provide the nutrients and enzymes to activate your body's metabolism. To that end, don't skip breakfast! | Other basics to remember: 1) Try to drink 8 glasses of water daily and 2) if it's white, avoid it! White foods like pasta, white rice and bread lack nutrition and are typically very high in empty carbs that are simply converted to sugar in your body.
